    Billie was great to work with. My friend recommended her and I'm so glad I took her recommendation! Her knowledge of the local market and real estate expertise was invaluable. She kept us informed of every step of the process. Since we live out of state I appreciated her "legwork" when contractors, etc. were needed. I would highly recommend her. Her positive and "can do" attitude as we navigated a few bumps in the road was appreciated and what could have been a stressful experience was not because of her knowledge.

    Billie has assisted with both the purchase of a home for my parents and more recently with the sale of their home. She has always shown them kindness, patience, and the utmost respect. She had taken the time to be sure they have understood the processes and paperwork requirements. Has gone above and beyond to assist or simply handle all the little things that crept up. We have been thrilled with the level of professionalism Billie has provide. Her attention to details, thoughtfulness and overall personality is a refreshing gift in an otherwise complicated and stressful endeavor. Would recommend 10 out of 10! Love her!

    Billie did a great job helping a lot getting home ready to sell, told me what I needed to get done wasn’t scared to get down an scrub the floors if needed.
