    Billie is the only realtor that I will use going forward. I knew that she was one I could trust and that would have our best interest in mind. As first-time home buyers, the process is intimidating but she made it feel as easy as it could be. I could not imagine going through this without her.

    Billie was great to work with. My friend recommended her and I'm so glad I took her recommendation! Her knowledge of the local market and real estate expertise was invaluable. She kept us informed of every step of the process. Since we live out of state I appreciated her "legwork" when contractors, etc. were needed. I would highly recommend her. Her positive and "can do" attitude as we navigated a few bumps in the road was appreciated and what could have been a stressful experience was not because of her knowledge.
